It gets worse again but I am going to get back to my life and leave adobe in the hole it is digging for itself. My invoice clearly stated the charge was adobe stock. The next rep said that I have to pay it the wrong amount because my indesign payment has gone up from $31 to $49.99 a month. I am frustrated because the sales tactics are not pro, totally inappropriate and an abuse of my time. The customer service team is literally the customer 'sales' team - they keep trying to upsell me into things I so not want. I never ordered adobe stock, I did not use it. All I need is the incorrect billing of adobe stock to be removed from my bill so I can pay the other part of my bill. I am going to use every resource I have at my disposal to fight these crooks, including but not limited to filing a report with the Attorney Generals Office. I have no ONCE logged into the account or used it. TODAY I was billed ANOTHER $57.44 and when I went to try to cancel they said I would have to pay $274 in EARLY cancellation fees. Every time I would get what was presented as a REAL person I would get disconnected after holding up to 45 minutes, up to an hour. They argreed to cancel but I got caught up in the AI merry-go-round trying to get a refund. I requested it to be canceled and my $57.44 refunded. When I contacted them they said I had cancelled one but not both. They pushed another service on me to try for FREE as well. How Adobe continues to get away with FRAUD and THEFT is beyond me.
